1. About Our Services

Score Dr provides credit report consulting and credit repair assistance services in India, including:

• Analysis of your credit reports from CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, and Equifax
• Identification of inaccurate, outdated, or disputable entries
• Preparation and filing of dispute letters with credit bureaus
• Coordination with banks and financial institutions for account status corrections
• Ongoing monitoring and follow-up on dispute progress

2. No Guarantee of Results

Score Dr does not guarantee any specific outcome, credit score improvement, or removal of any particular entry from your credit report. The following limitations apply:

• Credit bureaus and lenders have sole discretion over whether to update or remove any entry
• Accurate negative information (late payments, defaults) cannot be removed even if disputed
• Timelines for dispute resolution depend on third parties and are outside our control
• Score improvements vary based on the type, number, and age of issues in your report
• Engaging our services does not guarantee loan approvals from any financial institution

We will make reasonable best efforts using lawful and bureau-compliant methods to help improve your credit standing. Any outcomes shared in marketing materials represent past client experiences and are not a guarantee of future results.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your credit situation
• Submit all requested documents in a timely manner
• Not withhold information that may be relevant to your case
• Not engage in or request any fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with credit reporting
• Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information or financial situation
• Not independently contact credit bureaus or lenders about matters we are actively handling unless advised to do so

4. Fees and Payment

• Service fees are communicated transparently before you engage our services. There are no hidden charges.
• Fees are based on the scope and complexity of your case and agreed upon in writing prior to commencement
• Payment schedules, if applicable, will be documented in your service agreement
• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where we have failed to initiate agreed services
• We reserve the right to update our fee structure with advance notice for new engagements

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Score Dr has not commenced any work after payment receipt — full refund applicable
• Documented failure to perform agreed services — partial refund at our discretion
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of the triggering event

Dissatisfaction with outcomes (such as credit bureaus declining to update entries) does not constitute grounds for a refund, as we cannot control third-party decisions.

6. Confidentiality

Score Dr maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to any third party except as required to provide our services (such as filing disputes with bureaus) or as required by law. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Score Dr Credit Score Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Score Dr's total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services
• We are not responsible for decisions made by credit bureaus, banks, or financial institutions
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties including credit bureaus or lenders

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Consumer grievances may also be raised with the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes.
